If you would like to make a reservation at Friends Forever Retreat, please call 612-363-5099. You will then receive a confirmation number. You will need this number on your registration form.
We will need one registration form for each guest staying at Friends Forever Retreat.
Please fill out the registration form to the right to submit by e-mail, click "submit now" when done. If you want to submit your registration form by mail, click on "print & send by mail", a separate form will print for you to fill out and send by mail.
