Retreat Policy
The following policies, terms and conditions need to be agreed upon by all guests of Friends Forever Retreat.
A $25 deposit is required to reserve your stay for a "Hosted" or "Small Groups" weekend, the remaining balance is then due 30 days prior to the date you selected.
A $250 deposit is required to reserve a "Weekend" stay and a $100 deposit is required to reserve a "Weekday" stay at Friends Forever Retreat.
All balances are due 30 days prior to the retreat date you selected. If the balance is not
received 30 days prior to the retreat date selected, the reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
You are eligible for a full refund of any money paid if the reservation is cancelled 60
days prior to the retreat date you selected.
Cancellation of your retreat date with less than 60 days notice, will result in your deposit being forfeited (unless a replacement group is found). If a replacement group is found, your deposit will be applied to a future retreat date.
All changes are at the discretion of Friends Forever Retreat proprietors.
